```Duties```
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute plumbing projects
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on plumbing systems
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Familiarity with mechanical principles and the ability to read schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (van driver experience is a plus)
- Experience with HVAC systems, air conditioning, oil, gas burners, electrical a must
- HVAC/R design knowledge is a plus
