We're seeking a Director of Processing to lead the Processing Department at our Scranton, PA facility.
In this role, you'll ensure compliance with local and state laws, as well as company policies, while overseeing all processing activities, from post-harvest production of cannabis flower to primary and secondary packaging of products.
Your mission will be to enhance efficiency, maximize throughput, and maintain quality standards by leading and developing the processing and packaging team.
THE TEAM: Established in 2018 and headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, our company is a vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis organization.
We operate high-end retail locations, premium brands, and cutting-edge cultivation, processing, and manufacturing facilities.
Since our inception, we've grown to over 1200 employees and expanded our operations to seven states, including Pennsylvania, Virginia, Massachusetts, Illinois, California, Nevada, and Ohio.

ai/sal-hmd/jobs/3YJ77w0Jme* WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Provide leadership and direction on operational issues and budget decisions.
* Develop and implement rules, regulations, and departmental policies.
* Manage and coordinate all processing operations, including supply requests, equipment requirements, and quality assurance.
* Ensure product quality throughout the processing and packaging stages.
* Oversee inventory management and organization.
* Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
* Manage budgets related to processing and automation.
* Support regulatory compliance activities and ensure SOP adherence.
* Develop and manage production forecasting and scheduling tools.
* Update financial, administrative, and production trackers regularly.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: * Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field required; MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years' management experience in field-based project management.
* Strong knowledge and experience in post-harvest processing at a commercial scale.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $51,132.
96 - $61,579.
