*CIVIL/CONCRETE/MASONRY – Northeast Pennsylvania*
ICON is currently seeking experienced civil workers to support operations in the Northeast Pennsylvania area.
*JOB SUMMARY:*
* Exercise safe and proper care to the environment, equipment, personal, and public.
* Perform manual labor as needed.
* Build, install, and remove wooden or metal forms.
* Building form components on site to construct structure components including footings, columns, pier caps, deck overhang and parapets.
* Concrete work.
* Reinforcement bars.
Due to the type of work and the tools and equipment being used, certain physical requirements must be met.
You must be able to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, climb and work in tiring and uncomfortable positions.
Civil workers frequently handle, lift, carry and set up parts and equipment that weigh up to 50 pounds (23 kg).

*SKILLS/QUALIFICATION:*
* 2+ years civil experience preferred but not required.
* Experience in forms building, rebar setting and concrete finishing.
* General building construction experience is a plus.
* Ability and willingness to travel to various local job sites within a work week.
Rare but occasional out-of-town travel as well.
* Required to possess and maintain a personal set of hand tools.
* Ability and willingness to work overtime when necessary.
* Expected to ensure their workmanship meets or exceeds applicable standard industry and or customer contract specifications.
* Direct industrial construction experience will result in better compensation.
