Specializing in excavation, concrete, wildlife management consultation & development, land clearing, design build services, utilities, and general contractor.
We are looking for finishers and laborers to help grow our team.
_*Responsibilities: *_
- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces - Use various tools and equipment to complete concrete projects
- Prepare surfaces for concrete placement by setting forms and ensuring proper alignment - Pour and spread concrete to specified depths and levels
- Finish concrete surfaces using hand or power tools to achieve desired texture and appearance
- Apply curing compounds or sealants to protect finished surfaces - Repair and patch damaged concrete surfaces as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
_*Qualifications*__: _
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and materials
- Proficient in caulking, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, stucco, drywall, and hardscape
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics for accurate placement of concrete
- Experience with concrete forming and pouring techniques
- Basic welding skills for reinforcing structures if necessary
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
-Ability to carry tools, equipment, or materials up to 95 pounds.
-Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid drivers license
