Property Maintenance 9am-5pm M-F

We are looking for a property maintenance person to be responsible for the direct management oversight of a commercial property in Dickson City PA.
The goal is to maximize asset value, tenant satisfaction and improve the grounds we keep.
*Responsibilities* * Manage all aspects of assigned property * lawn upkeep * Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards * Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants * Collect receivable accounts * Oversee properties CARE AND APPEARANCE * Update job and market knowledge *Skills* * experience in construction, labor, property maintenance, or landscaping * Must have your own transportation and license * In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management * Competency general math and measuring * detailed focus and bottom line orientation * Interpersonal skills are a plus * Well organized with excellent time management skills * Valid drivers license * Having a truck and wide range of tools earns you a higher hourly wage Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary Pay: $14.
