*As a Press Inventory Control Specialist* You will rely on your ability to multi-task as you work in a fast-paced environment to keep our company operational.
The Press Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for keeping track of all inventories within the Press department.
The main duties of this role include closing jobs, ensuring inventory of incoming and outgoing jobs, sample storage, and inbound retain analysis are up-to-date, and that all documented inventory is accurate.
The Press Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for all other paperwork regarding inventory and job specifics within the Press department and will report any discrepancies to the Press Production Supervisor.
*Job Responsibilities:* * Maintaining and updating job status within the Press Department.
Including reporting holds and closure of jobs and inbound retains.
* Ensuring inventory is accurate and up to date.
* Monitoring sample storage * Updating job specs * Documenting quality issues Perform other duties as assigned.
*Job Skills & Qualifications:* * Prior Manufacturing Experience * Above average organizational skills required * High attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and learn on the job * Time-management * Strong critical thinking and problem solving capabilities Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.
