We are looking for a competent IT Specialist to join our team and provide technical support and solutions for our IT needs.
You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various hardware, software, and network systems.
You will also assist users with their IT issues and train them in how to use the technology effectively.
To be successful as an IT Specialist, you should have a solid knowledge of IT systems and applications, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
You should also be able to work independently or as part of a team and handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do Set up, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software, such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, antivirus, office applications, etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to hardware, software, network, security, or user access Document and report IT incidents and requests using ticketing system or other tools Provide technical support and guidance to users on IT policies and best practices Research and evaluate new IT solutions and technologies Participate in IT projects, such as system installation, migration, upgrade, or integration Benefits Weekly Pay.
