New York/ PA Hunting Club seeking new Members - $475 (Sullivan and Delaware Counties NYS / Wayne County , PA)

SunriseFarm Rod and Gun Club, a premier Catskills / PA Hunting and Fishing club with 14 leased properties in Sullivan and Delaware Counties totaling approx.
5,600 acres and 8 properties totaling over 1300 acres in Wayne County PA is currently seeking new members.
We have been an established Club for over 40 years.
Our properties range from 50 acres to 1,600 acres consisting of open hardwoods, overgrown farm land and some active farm land and 1 mile private access to the Beaverkill River , a trout fishing paradise.
We also currently have private access to the Nevesink River above the dam and Basket creek a feeder stream to the Delaware River.
All lands are leased, no lodging provided .
Our club year runs from March 1 to the end of February .
Yearly dues and requirements are currently $475.
00 dues, 1 work day, all members are also required to sell 5 $20 raffle tickets for the clubs month long June raffle.
