The Automotive Internet Sales Manager role is designed for someone who enjoys being on the phone/computer, talking to people, and overcoming challenges.
Within the Internet Sales Department, we are looking to increase our online presence as the department continues to grow.
This individual will utilize the customer’s preferred method of contact with the overall goal of having the customer visit us at the Dealership.

*Job Responsibilities for Automotive Internet Sales Manager* · Monitor and keep track of all internet submission traffic per assigned brand · Ensure proper workflow and productivity of all Sales and BDC staff · Work alongside upper management to achieve required sales goals for the internet per assigned brand · Provide knowledgeable sales and phone training to BDC and sales staff · Ensure professional etiquette is being followed among staff · Confirm internet appointments scheduled throughout the week for assigned brands · Perform weekly/monthly performance reviews · Provide reporting as needed to all management staff · Frequent activity reports being monitored to check for lack of performance · Monthly scheduling for BDC to follow Hours of Operation in sales · Approve time off for BDC and submit hours for payroll · Ability to conduct new hire interviews for BDC and hire in line with Motorworld Mission Statement · Conflict resolution skills and critical thinking abilities · Ability to lead staff and work towards sales goals · Available to work extended schedule per sales requirements *Requirements for Automotive Internet Sales Manager:* · Successful Sales background, Automotive preferred · Strong computer/internet, mobile/Smartphone skills · Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills · Self-starter but also able to work successfully as a member of a team MileOne Autogroup is an equal-opportunity employer and maintains a drug-free work environment.
