If there is any issue staying at this psychotic old folks home the old woman name Terry will come up with something to accuse you and be hostile, assaults because she's old she can get away with her assault behavior which I need to take her to court so she would watch her behavior and unable to renting rooming business making money anymore.
This old woman name Terry is very manipulative, deceptive woman.
She's either bipolar or has a personality disorder.
Her husband has loose screw too you can't carry simple conversation a like normal people he think he knows it all narsccisstic personality.
They might act differently towards individual if a person seems not dare to them they might not create a problem.
I couldn't understand why she would get very hostile and tried to come up with something to create problem after she's been told that I've decided to move out.
She probably reverse that she's the victim playing psychology game knowing she wasn't meeting her responsibility as a renter.
She literally assaulted by screamed to right at my face when she accused me stealing her stupid old tin pan.
She tried with other people to be on her side by trying to be nice probably because they would get trouble but they think they can get away from me.
The guy across my room when I saw at first time, he looks a like a thug wearing gold tooth, hanging pants
down showing underwear, have tattoo, who's been waking up til past mid night couple of times overnight every night.
Also who smokes marijuanas which I've mentioned to Terry's husband Mike and I smelled again another evening but I didn't mentioned again.
Until whole time I wasn't able to sleep at my room by across room guy who would intentionally wake me up just to be spiteful because he was asked him nicely keep quite from 10pm.
He just wanted to be spiteful to be bad, being disrespectful even I've asked him nicely and he said yes.
There are other people had very similar issues by Terry and her husband Mike while they've lived there.
There's a guy been living there a couple years, keep himself but would tell behind your back and tell to Terry everything, looking out for himself, rude, creepy.
One night I went to bathroom in the middle of night around at 4am, on away back I've noticed his room door was opened a hand size was opened and dark, knew he was standing by his room door just kept standing so stopped
stood for a minute kept looking towards his opened door.
He just kept stood there watching me which I had T-shirt and night 3/4 length pants on.
He gave me feel creeps.
Upstair has common living room area has a TV which is right by his room door, one night I was in bed to fall asleep a little after 10pm he had loud TV volume on watching TV so I've asked him if he could turn the volume down because I needed to sleep which was a little after 10pm and another time he had loud TV volume on again in early evening, when I was trying to study, so I've asked him again if he can turn down volume down little bit.
Then following day Terry said angrily "you told Alan to turn off TV? people can't even watch TV ? So I said "No, I didn't said turn off TV, I've asked him to turn volume down little bit".
Also, they would ease drop, spy on you to find out what's going on with each people's privacy status by going beneath the person's room on first floor they would listen because they can hear everything from below each room
which is there bedroom area and front side of the living room area.
They would spy on you.
Terry and her husband Mike, they create drama.
There are several other people had very similar problems complaints with these psychotic old folks.
