Working Professional in need of housing. (jessup)

Hello, I am a working professional, male mid 20s, moving to around the Scranton, PA area next month [janaury 2024] for work.
I am looking for either a room or apartment available for rent.
Ideally utilities fully or partially covered, or split.
I do not smoke, vape, do drugs, and do not have any pets.
I can provide proof of income or rental references if decided.
Preferences are Jessup, Archibald, or Scranton, however, I am open to other other nearby towns.
