*Responsibilities/Duties*Lead role in direct supervision of the mangement staff who oversee individual Head Start centers in Luzerne and Wyoming Counties.
This position is responsive to the management team for the overall operations of assigned Head Start center and maintenance all center activities.
To motivate, guide and direct the Head Start staff at the center level in a manner that supports the philosophy and policies of Luzerne County Head Start, Inc.
