CourtZip has developed software to automate the eviction process for Landlords and Property Management companies.
It's proprietary technology provides a 100% online eviction filing experience to its clients.
CourtZip is currently in growth mode, expanding its footprint across the state of Pennsylvania.
Job Description: CourtZip is hiring a court representative for Landlord Tenant Complaint hearings in the Reading Pa area .
In addition to our online filing service we also represent property owners and landlords in eviction hearings.
The client signs an authorization to represent form and then our agents are able to represent them.
Our court representatives meet with the client prior to the hearing so they have all of the knowledge and documents needed.
They then attend the 10-20 minute hearing where they will present the clients case to a Magisterial District Judge and will hopefully be awarded a judgement amount against the defendant.
This is an independent contracting position.
Property management experience and experience attending landlord tenant hearings is preferred.
All applicants must be effective communicators and extremely organized.
A smart phone, home computer and a printer are required for this position.
Compensation: $100 per hearing attended Work Load: approximately 1-5 hearings per week.
