Here at Schoenberg Companies, we are a master distributer and third party warehouse.
We are currently looking for a motivated individual to add to our warehouse team starting at Full time temporary for the winter season.
The tasks would include shipping, receiving, inventory control, and able to pick/ stack pallets without damaging any product.
Experience with a forklift is required.
During down times we will need someone willing to perform routine safety and maintenance tasks such as keeping the warehouse clean and tidy e.
g.
sweeping, collecting trash, and cutting grass around the warehouse.
We also work in all weather conditions: indoor/outdoor, rain, snow, hot, cold, ect.
All candidates Must have a reliable means of transportation as the job requires a solid attendance record.
*Responsibilities*
* Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
* Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
* Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
* Make sure paperwork is accurate to all shipping/receiving of product.
* Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
* Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
* Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

* Proven experience as forklift operator
* Attention to detail
* Familiarity with industrial equipment
* Excellent physical condition and coordination
* Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
* High school diploma or equivalent
