*Qualifications:*
* Experience in property maintenance, make-ready positions within hospitality, apartment communities, or senior living facilities.
* Hands-on experience with a variety of hand and power tools.
*Responsibilities:*
* Perform daily duties, including taking out trash, fixing basic plumbing, and replacing items in rooms.
* Oversee the hotel grounds, address issues, respond to emergencies, and complete scheduled maintenance.
* Conduct routine room inspections to ensure functionality and aesthetics.
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
* Handle a variety of repairs, such as drywall, plumbing, caulking, and painting.
* Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and laundry teams.
*Additional Responsibilities:*
* Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
* Perform houseman and housekeeping/public space cleaning duties.
* Change out light bulbs, perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms, including vinyl repair, touch-up paint, minor furniture repair, tub caulking, tile repairs, etc.
* Respond to alarms, determine emergency status, and report findings to the Front Desk.
* Perform cleaning duties, including washing windows, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and stripping and buffing floors.
* Maintain, clean, and service equipment.
* Inspect and repair damage to building surfaces.
* Check safety systems and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality policies.
* Remove trash and debris from the yard.
* Perform minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, light carpentry, painting, PTAC systems, and deep cleanings.
* Assist managers with daily projects for the hotel, rooms, public areas, and front desk.
* Work closely with Housekeeping Manager and team members.
* Provide exceptional service to guests.
* Report to General Manager or Manager.

* Basic knowledge of maintenance skills.
* Ability to keep records of limited difficulty.
* Willingness to learn new skills.
* Flexibility to work in shifts.
* Ability to work with little or no supervision.
