_ _House of Bricks is the manufacturing facility for 3 Little Pigs that is located in Wilkes Barre, PA.
_ *SUMMARY* The Customer Success Rep plays a critical role in supporting our 3 Little Pigs team at the Keyco Facility.
This position involves administrative tasks, ensuring adherence to policy and procedures, and handling various customer transactions while ensure excellence quality service to meet our clients needs.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities* • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Organize, scan and file electronically all invoices/proof of deliveries from driver deliveries.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Print eCommerce orders for warehouse/shipping department.
Create FedEx and UPS shipping labels for outgoing internet orders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

_ *Skills and Qualifications* *• *High School Diploma.
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar admin/support role • Experience in a food processing environment preferred, but not required • Proficiency in MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ERP Systems • Ability to work well on tasks independently, but also work well with others in a team environment.
• Must be able to maintain confidential information.
• Bilingual – Fluent English Spanish highly preferred.
