Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Check patients in and out of the office, ensuring accuracy of information
- Maintain accurate records of patient accounts and transactions
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dental setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel reservation systems
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
