```Duties``` - Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies - Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills - Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas - Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes - Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards - Monitor food levels and replenish items as necessary - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards ```Experience``` - Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role preferred - Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary terminology - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of inventory control procedures - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team Skills: - Team management - Food production - Bartending - Culinary - Food management - Food preparation - Inventory control - Food service management - Catering - Kitchen management
