Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and atmosphere of our restaurant and supporting your team members effectively.
*Essential Duties & Responsibilities:* * *Bar Support:* Assist bartenders by restocking glassware, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
Keep bar stations clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Collect and sort empty glasses and bottles.
* *Table Maintenance:* Clear and clean tables promptly.
Reset tables efficiently with clean utensils and napkins.
Address spills and messes swiftly to maintain a safe environment.
* *Assistance to Servers:* Support smooth dining experiences by delivering food, refilling water glasses, and responding to guest requests.
Anticipate server and guest needs, providing timely assistance.
* *Stock Management:* Monitor inventory levels of essential supplies and assist in receiving and storing deliveries correctly.
* *Trash Disposal:* Manage trash and recycling according to guidelines.
Keep bins empty and areas odor-free.
* *General Cleaning:* Conduct routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping.
Maintain clean and stocked restrooms.
* *Adherence to Safety Standards:* Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines, and report maintenance or safety issues.
*Team Collaboration:* Work closely with all staff to maintain an efficient and harmonious environment, especially during peak hours.
*Basic Qualifications & Skills:* * Minimum of a high school education or equivalent * Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed *Desired Qualifications & Traits:* * Experience or training in equipment maintenance * Knowledge of sanitation practices * Team-oriented with a professional demeanor * Enthusiastic with a positive attitude *Physical Requirements:* * Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
* Able to bend, stretch, and twist * Able to stand for extended periods * Comfortable in hot and humid conditions Job Type: Part-time Pay: $75.
00 - $150.
