Patient Advocate - Wyoming Valley

This is an onsite position dealing with in-patients.
You will have an office in the hospital In this position some of the duties you will be performing are: * Interviewing patients and/or family members using the Medical Assistance Application provided by the state.
* Updating hospital systems * Making follow up phone calls * Submitting Medical Assistance applications to the State You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs.
You will need to be detail oriented, be able to multi-task and have excellent customer service skills.
You must be dependable and reliable.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, however we can be flexible! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
